· Screen
· Power Point Projector used for Notebook computer.
· Stand for projector.
· Small table for computer
· Extension cord (s) (3 prong adapter)
· Someone who understands the lighting system.
.Background music turned off.
· Access to the conference room 45 minutes prior to seminar.
